Allergies/allergic reaction - Please make sure to check the ingredients of our products before purchase. If you think by any chance, you may be allergic, please do not proceed with purchase. All SALES ARE FINAL!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. contact@theholisticbeaute.com

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
No exchanges can be made at this time. All sales are FINAL!!

Shipping

Shipping takes 5 to 7 business days to ship from purchase date.  There will be times we can ship products the next business day depending on inventory stock. We ship on Monday - Fridays. Orders has to be in by Thursday by 5pm to be shipped by Friday if possible.

Delivery 

We use standard & priority USPS and UPS priority for shipping.  If a package is lost of stolen, please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Or contact UPS 1 (800) 742-5877. Make sure you provide the tracking number issued.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages!
